本团队协助培养外科学硕士9名。获得山西省住院医师规范化培训中心优秀专业基地主任、山西省住院医师规范化培训中心讲课比赛三等奖、山西医科大学教学比赛二等奖、山西医科大学汾阳学院教学能手、山西医科大学汾阳学院基本功比赛二等奖、三等奖、优秀奖、最佳教态奖，山西医科大学汾阳学院优秀教师，参编卫生规划教材及著作7部。

三、医疗成果

本团队获得山西省医疗岗位竞赛集体二等功、个人三等奖，山西省汾阳医院精英医学专家、优秀医师、开创山西省首例DPM荧光显隐甲状旁腺保护术、甲状腺腔镜手术、乳腺腔镜技手术、复杂疝手术、减重手术等多项吕梁市技术空白。

四、科研成果

本团队荣获吕梁市第八、九届吕梁市优秀科技工作者称号。主持普通外科、骨科、神经外科方向山西省卫健委课题1项、山西省教育厅课题4项、吕梁市科技局课题8项，发表各类各级论文多篇。
